摘要
目的 :观察联用米力农和参麦注射液治疗肺心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :选取肺心病急性发作期并心衰患者 5 7例 ,随机分成 2组。对照组 2 4例予西药常规治疗 ,治疗组 33例在对照组治疗基础上加用米力农和参麦注射液 ,1次 /d,1 0～ 1 5 d为一个疗程。观察 2组疗效及治疗前后用力肺活量 (FVC) ,1秒钟用力呼气量 (FEV1 )和肺活量 (VC)的变化。结果 :2组总有效率分别为 93.9%和 79.2 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (χ2 =6 .79,P<0 .0 1 )。治疗组治疗后心功能、肺功能明显改善 ,治疗前后比较 VC分别为 (1 .86± 0 .42 ) L 和 (2 .98± 0 .6 3) L,P<0 .0 5 ;FVC分别为 (1 .6 8± 0 .48) L和 (2 .1 6± 0 .6 4) L ,P<0 .0 5 :FEV1 分别为 (0 .98± 0 .72 ) L和 (1 .42± 0 .37) L ,P<0 .0 5。对照组治疗后肺功能改善不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :联用参麦注射液和米力农注射液治疗肺心病心力衰竭疗效显著 。
Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Shen Mai injection coupled with Milinong in treating heart failure due to cor pulmonale.Methods:Fifty seven cases of acute stage of attack of cor pulmonale with heart failure were divided randomly into 2 groups,24 cases in control group were treated with routine therapy of western drugs,33 cases in treated group were treated on the basis of control therapy with addition of Milinong and Shen-Mai injection ance a day,10~15 days were a course of treatment.The curative effect,the changes of pretreatment and post treatment forced vital capacity (FVC),one second forced expiration volume(FEV) and vital capacity were observed.Results:The total effective rates of both groups were 93.9% and 79.2% respectively.That of treated group was superior to that of control group (χ 2=6.97, P <0.01).After treatment,the cardiac and pulmonary functions were markedly improved,the comparison of VC before and after treatment were (1.86±0.42)L and (2.98±0.63)L, P <0.05;FVC were (1.68±0.48)L and (2.16±0.64)L, P <0.05;FEV 1 were (0.98±0.72)L and (1.42±0.37)L, P <0.05. respectively.After treatment,pulmonary function in control group improved unmarkedly ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of Shen Mai injection Coupled with Milinong injection for heart failure due to cor pulmonale showed marked curative effect without adverse reaction.
