摘要
目的 :探讨多个相关基因蛋白产物与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 (SP)法检测 5 8例 (6 3份 )膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)石腊病理切片及 6例正常膀胱组织切片中 P5 3、P1 6 蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达情况 ,并与病理分级、临床分期及随防结果相比较。结果 :仅一项或无一项指标表达异常的 1 8例 (31 .0 3% ) ,2项或 2项以上指标表达异常的 40例 (6 8.9% )。本组 BTCC大多数表现为多项基因蛋白产物表达异常。两组间比较在病理分级、临床分期上有显著性关系 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,并且与肿瘤复发及患者生存情况有显著性关系 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。同时检测多项基因蛋白产物的表达作为估价 BTCC的生物学行为指标 。
Purpose:To probe into the relationship between the products of protein of multiple related genes and the biological behavior of bladder carcinoma.Methods:The expression of pathological paraffin sections of 58 cases (63 portions) of bladder transitional cell cqarcinoma (BTCC),the P 53 ·P 16 protein of 6 cases of normal tissue,and the proliferative cell nucleus antigen (PCNA),and compared to the pathological grading,clinical stages and follow up results.Results:Abnormal expression only in one item or no one item was 18 cases(31.03%),in 2 items or over 2 items was 40 cases (68.9%).The majority of BTCC in this group showed abnormal expression of multiple items of products of gene protein.The comprison in pathological grading and clinical stages between both groups showed significant difference ( P <0.05),and showed significant relationship of tumor recurrence and survival stage of patient.Conclusion:To detect simultaneously the expression of the products of multiple items of gene protein as the parameter to assess the biological behavior of BTCC may be of significance than simgle expression of products of gene protein.
