猪繁殖与呼吸综合征研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)是现代化养猪业面临的最昂贵的病毒病原体。该病毒的一个独特功能是能够导致严重的临床疾病,并保持终身的亚临床感染。猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒是一种单股正链RNA基因包膜病毒,对猪的感染性极强,各品种、不同年龄和性别的猪只均可感染,但以妊娠母猪和1月龄内的仔猪最易感。由于其遗传漂变和越来越多的免疫逃避,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒变得越来越难以控制。文章综述了猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病原学、免疫学、流行病学及一些新的诊断和预防方法,为预防和控制猪繁殖与呼吸综合征提供参考。
