摘要
目的 :探讨旋后外旋型踝关节骨折的早期手术对踝关节功能恢复的影响。方法 :对 47例 度、 度旋后外旋型踝关节骨折进行早期手术 ,早期功能锻炼 ,促进关节功能恢复的结果进行分析。结果 :随访 45例 ,时间半年～ 4年 ,优 30例 ,良 12例 ,差 3例 ,优良率 93.3%。结论 :作者认为对 度以上旋后外旋型踝关节骨折应早期手术治疗 ,作坚强的内固定及早期功能锻炼 。
Objectives:To study the effect of SE type of ankle function restoration in ankle fracture with early operation.Methods:To analyse the result of 47 cases Ⅲ° and Ⅳ° SE type of ankle fracture was treated with early operation and early function exercise with anatomical reduction and stable fixation to improve function restoration.
