摘要
目的 :探讨开放性胫腓骨骨折清创术后皮肤坏死和感染的再次清创术治疗效果。方法 :分析 6 2例再次清创手术治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折皮肤坏死和感染的临床资料。结果 :单纯皮肤坏死 5例 ,皮肤坏死合并浅层化脓感染 14例 ,单纯浅层化脓感染 12例 ,经再次清创手术治疗后 ,伤口全部愈合。皮肤坏死合并深层化脓感染 6例 ,单纯深层化脓感染 2 5例 ,经再次清创手术治疗 2 6例 ,结果 2 2例感染控制 ,伤口愈口 ,未影响骨折的愈合 ,4例形成骨髓炎 ,而单纯深层化脓感染 5例 ,未经再次清创手术治疗 ,结果 4例形成骨髓炎。结论 :再次清创手术治疗是开放性胫腓骨骨折清创术后皮肤坏死和感染的有效治疗措施之一。
Purpose:To investigate the outcome of secondary operative treatment on skin necrosis and infection postoperatin of the open fracture of tibia and fibula.Metheds:62 cases which were operated after skin necrosis and infection with open fracture of tibia and fibula were analysed.Results:There were 5 cases with simple skin necrosis,14 cases with skin necrosis and infection in superficial tissue,12 cases with simpla infection in superficial tissue,all were healing aftar secondary operative treatment.There were 6 cases with skin necrosis and deep tissue abscess,25 cases with simple deep tissue abscess,after the secondary operative treatmant,22 cases were healing and got fareture unite,4 cases suffered from osteomyelitis.In simple deep tissue obscess,5 cases didn’t perform the secondary operative treatment,4 case suffered from osteomyelitis.Conclusion: It was effective methed to treat postoperative skin necrosis and infection of open fracture of tibia and fibula with the secondary operative treatment.
