摘要
目的 :报告逆行伸 口止母短肌肌瓣的临床应用结果。方法 :应用这种技术修复 8例 口止母趾软组织缺损 ,切取的肌瓣面积为 2 .5 cm× 4cm至 2 .5 cm× 6 cm。结果 :所有的肌瓣完全成活 ,取得了满意的效果。 1例术后发生表浅感染 ,经换药愈合。结论 :该肌瓣具有血管解剖恒定、血管蒂长和操作简单等优点 ,而且较薄 ,适宜修复
Objectives:To report the clinical results of the reversed extensor hallucis brevis island flap.Methods: 8 cases soft tissue defect of the great toe were repaired by the technique.The sizes of the reversed extensor hallucis brevis island flap used ranged from 2.5cm×4cm to 2.5cm×6cm.Results:All the island flaps were survived completely with satisfactory results.One case sustained superficial infection postoperatively.The infections was healed by dressing changes.Conclusion:The infection was healed by dressing changes. Conclusion:The reversed extensor hallucis brevis island flap seem to has a constant vascular anastomy and a long vascular pedicle,so that dissection of the flap could be accomplished easily.The flap is thin and suitable for repair of soft tiussue defect of the great toe.
