摘要
在鄂尔多斯东胜体育场活动屋盖中采用钢丝绳驱动系统,对传统的钢丝绳驱动方式进行了重大改进,卷扬设备牵引相对较远一侧的活动屋盖,传力直接明确,作用于固定屋盖的反力显著减小,驱动可靠性提高。在活动屋盖每榀桁架端部设置2个台车,形成扁担效应,增加了结构的稳定性,减小单个台车的荷载,大大降低了轨道桁架杆件与轨道梁的局部压力。台车设置了竖向变形与横向变形调节装置,确保活动屋盖运行平稳,可以有效避免单个台车超载。开合控制系统具有完善的信号采集、监控以及诊断功能,通过均布荷载与纠偏控制,可以实现高精度同步控制,具有完备的安全应急保证系统,保证开合操作在各种紧急情况下的安全性,此外,还针对该工程制定了详细的活动屋盖运行管理规定。鄂尔多斯东胜体育场投入使用后,活动屋盖运行情况良好,在驱动与控制系统方面的成果可供类似工程参考。
The driving system of wire rope was adopted in Ordos Dongsheng Stadium,which was a significant improvement to the traditional driving system of wire rope. The retractable roof on the relatively further side was drawn by winch equipment, force transmission was directly clear, the value of the reaction force that acting on the fixed roof significantly decreased, and the driving reliability increased. Two trolleys were set up in the end of each single-span truss, pole effect was formed, so the stability of the structure increased, the load of a single trolley decreased. Meanwhile, the partial pressure of the rods of track truss and track beam significantly decreased. The adjusting device of vertical deformation and lateral deformation was set in trolley, to ensure the smooth running of the retractable roof, and avoid single trolley load too large. The openingand closing control system of consummate had the function of signal acquisition, monitoring and diagnostic, high-precision synchronization control could be realized by uniform load and rectifying control. The system had complete safety emergency guarantee system which could ensure the security of the opening and closing operation in a variety of emergency situations. In addition, detailed management requirements of the operation of flexible roof were formulated according to the project. Since Erdos Dongsheng Stadium is put into use, the retractable roof running has been in good condition, and the experience on the driving and control system can provide references for the similar projects.
