摘要
主要从测试性状的选择上,将2012年《植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性测试指南草莓》送审稿与2005版的试用稿进行了比较,发现新版指南的修订总体上在性状的划分、选择和描述上更具科学性、先进性、规范性与可操作性,并围绕接下来可能存在部分性状的使用有待验证、标准品种的确定与保存、近似品种的合理性选择、测试新技术的应用等问题进行了深入分析与探讨,并提出了一些建议,以期为今后草莓DUS测试工作的开展提供帮助和参考。
In this article,compared Guidelines for the Conduct of Tests for Distinctness,Uniformity and Stability Strawberry（Fragaria L.）2012 version with 2005 version,mainly on characteristics selection,we found the 2012 version was more scientific,advanced,normative and practicable than 2005 version in characteristics ＇ division,selection and description,and further,analyzed and discussed on confirmation of some characteristics,determination and preservation of standard varieties,selection of approximate varieties,application of new testing technique,and finally,put forward some suggestions in order to provide some assistances and references for DUS testing of strawberry from now on.
