利用流式细胞仪检测定性牛精液的分离效果

摘要
利用德国生产的 PARTEC流式细胞仪,对使用 Percoll不连续密度梯度离心技术分离出的荷斯坦牛定性精液进行了定性检测,结果表明原精液中, X-与 Y-精子的比例基本为 1∶ 1,富含 X-精子的精液中 X-与 Y-精子的比例为 1.26∶ 1,富含 Y-精子的精液中 X-与 Y-精子的比例为 0.73∶ 1。
