摘要
目的 探讨胆结石患病的主要危险因素。方法 病例对照研究。结果 多因素 L ogistic回归分析表明 ,有统计学意义的危险因素依次为 :家族史 (OR=2 2 .2 5 ,P <0 .0 1)、油腻饮食 (OR=8.19,P <0 .0 5 )、血脂增高 (OR=6 .30 ,P <0 .0 1)、饮酒 (OR=4.84,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 家族史、油腻饮食、血脂增高和饮酒是胆结石患病的主要危险因素。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of cholecystolithiasis. Methods Case control study. Results The significantly adjusted odds ratios linking gallstones and risk factors estimated by nonconditional multiple logistic regression were 22.25 in family history, 8.19 in oily food, 6.30 in high blood lipid, 4.84 in alcohol drinking. Conslusions Family history, oily food, high blood lipid and alcohol drinking are main risk factors of cholecystolithiasis.
