摘要
人体寄生虫基因组计划属人类基因组计划中模式生物基因组研究内容之一 ,也是本学科发展的前沿。本文综述了恶性疟原虫、美洲锥虫、非洲锥虫、利什曼原虫、血吸虫和丝虫基因组计划的研究进展 ,并就其研究意义及如何开展我国人体寄生虫基因组研究进行了讨论。
Human parasite genome projects belong to the model genome analysis of human genome project, and is considered to be the trends in parasitology. This review summarizes the progress in the six parasite genome project including P.falciparum,T.brucei,T.cruzi,L.major, Schistosome and B. malayi genome analysis.And it was discussed and suggested how to develop human parasite genome project in our country.
