摘要
我国高等教育发展史是一部改革历程史,改革的方向集中体现在政策伦理目标上。基于伦理学视角,政策伦理目标演变经历了从道德伦理学走向德性伦理学的历程。无论是从契约走向康德主义直至自由,仰或是从后果主义走向德性论,都表明我国高等教育改革政策伦理目标在教育负功能的实践中,得到不断的反思、演进和趋向生活本源以及人性关怀。从关注机会、程序公平走向关注过程、实质公平,不断重塑政府、社会和大学的角色地位。
The higher education development is a higher education the reform of the history in China,and the direction of reform is embodied in policy ethics target.Based on the perspective of ethics,our country’s higher education reform policy objectives of the evolutionary ethics have experienced from the moral ethics to virtue ethics course.Whether from the contract to Kant socialist until freedom,lifted from the consequences or socialist toward the theory of virtue,China’s higher education reform that policy ethics goal,in education negative function in the practice,get constantly reflection,evolution and trend of the origin of life education and humanity.Attention from opportunity,program to process,the substantial fairness,justice,and constantly reshape the role and position of the government,the society and the university.
