摘要
为了对发动机曲柄连杆机构的可靠性进行更合理的分配,提出了一种改进的可靠性分配算法。在对曲柄连杆机构进行可靠性分析的基础上,根据可靠性工程中可靠性成本函数的规律,构建了发动机曲柄连杆机构的可靠性预估成本函数,建立了曲柄连杆机构可靠性的分配模型,并根据可靠性与成本的微分性质,构建了以重要度最大单元为搜索单元逐步迭代的算法,该算法简单、易用。最后结合一个实例,验证了模型和方法的有效性与可行性。
In order to more reasonable reliability distribution of engine crank rod system, this paper presented an improved reliability allocation algorithm. On the basis of analyzing the reliability of engine crank rod system, according to the laws of reliability cost function in reliability engineering, it constructed the reliability estimated cost function of engine crank rod system, and established the reliability allocation model of crank rod system. Then according to the differential nature between reliability and cost,it built the step by step iterative algorithm, taking the factor with the greatest importance as the search direction. The algorithm is simple, easy to use. Lastly, it presented an example to prove the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm.
