儿童支气管哮喘控制药物的个体化选择 被引量:7

摘要 长期的抗炎治疗即控制药物的使用是支气管哮喘(哮喘)治疗的主要措施,主要包括吸入糖皮质激素、白三烯调节剂及长效B:受体激动剂。根据指南规范性用药是哮喘合理用药的前提,但哮喘的非均质性及哮喘患者对治疗药物的不同反应使个体化用药成为必然。现对主要哮喘控制药物的特性、个体化选择的必要性及如何根据患儿的情况进行个体化选择与调整进行介绍。
