缺氧性肺动脉高压新生儿血清中HIF-1α、EPO和ET-1变化测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨缺氧性肺动脉高压新生儿血清中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、血管收缩因子内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化及其临床意义。方法纳入对象为某医院产科在2012年4月至11月间出生的新生儿,在出生24h后,无创监测其肺动脉收缩压(PASP),根据肺动脉收缩压情况分别纳入正常组和轻、中、重度肺动脉高压组,酶联免疫聚合法检测新生儿血清中HIF-1α、EPO、ET-1的水平,对计量资料进行独立样本t检验。结果本实验共纳入新生儿76例,肺动脉压正常组40例,轻、中、重度肺动脉高压组各12例。与正常肺动脉压组比,肺动脉高压组中三者水平均有显著性升高(P〈0.01);肺动脉高压组问差异也有显著性,血清HIF-1、EPO、以及ET-1的水平随着PASP程度增加而递增(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论在新生儿发生缺氧性肺动脉高压时,血清中HIF-1仅、EPO、Err-1水平显著性上调,且与PASP存在相关性。HIF-1α、EPO、ET-1α参与了HPH的发生。
