注塑机螺杆混炼元件混炼性能对比研究 被引量:11

Comparative Study on Plasticizing Properties of Screw Mixing Units for Injection Machine

摘要 根据生产实际设计销钉型、屏障型及菠萝型三种螺杆混炼元件,并借助于计算流体动力学软件POLYFLOW分别对位于计量段末端的三种类型混炼段进行数值仿真,对比分析其混炼性能和塑化质量。结果表明,三种构型混炼元件中,屏障型混炼元件出入口压力降最小,销钉型压力降最大,菠萝型压力降介于两者之间;菠萝型混炼元件拉伸速率最大,销钉型与屏障型相似;菠萝型混炼元件混合指数最大,销钉型次之,屏障型最小。 Based on production process, three kinds of screw mixing units were designed : pin mixer, barrier mixer and pineapple mixer.Numerical simulation was carried out on the three mixing sections in the metering section based on the CFD software POLYFLOW, and comparative study was performed on the mixing properties and plasticizing quality among them.The results show that the differential pressure of exit and entrance in the barrier runner is minimum, that in the pin runner is maximum and the pressure dropdown in the pineapple between them.Moreover, the rate of stretching is larger in the pineapple mixer than in the other two mixers which are haply similar in curves.For the mixing index, the pineapple behaves best, the pin better and the barrier mixer worst.These conclusions provide a reference for the configuration of injection molding machine, selection of screws and their application.
