摘要
当前我国农业家庭经营规模小、抗风险能力弱,农业合作社处于起步阶段,发展水平比较低。美国和日本的农业合作社是世界农业合作社发展中的两个典型模式,而且都有着突出的成就和丰富的经验,在发展我国农民专业合作社的过程中,应充分借鉴美日农业合作社的发展经验,要明确合作社发展方向,遵循发展规律;要坚持合作社原则,强化内部管理等,推动我国农民合作经济组织健康快速发展。
Currently, our country＇s agricuhural family management scale is small, the ability to resist the risk is weak, the agriculture cooperative is in infancy stage, lagging far behind the developed countries in development level. The agricultural cooperatives in the United States and Japan are two typical patterns in the development of the world＇s agricultural cooperatives, and have outstanding achievements and rich experience. Therefore we need to draw development experience of US-Japan agricultural cooperative fully in the administration and so on, promoting the rapid development of our country＇s farmer cooperative organizations.
