腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除及原位尿流改道 被引量：7

摘要 膀胱尿路上皮癌是最常见的泌尿系肿瘤，根治性膀胱切除是肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方法。经过二十多年的发展，开放根治性膀胱切除（openradicalcystectomy，0RC）及原位尿流改道已成为主要的手术方式。随着技术和设备的不断完善，腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用已得到了广泛的拓展，在腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除（1aparoscopicradicalcystectomy，LRC）、原位尿流改道方面已取得了较大的进步。然而，由于手术的步骤较多、操作复杂、手术时间长，该手术是否能成为常规的手术方式一直存在着争议。
