摘要
企业技术创新能力的提高对于我国实现建设创新型国家的战略目标起着重要作用。随着经济的发展,金融对于企业技术创新的影响越来越大,金融支持已经成为促进企业技术创新发展的重要因素之一。以河南省上市公司为研究对象,通过DEA模型分析2008年和2011年金融支持对河南民营和国有上市企业技术创新效率的影响。结合灰色综合关联度模型分析影响河南民营创业板上市公司、民营主板上市公司、国有上市公司三种类型上市企业技术创新能力提升的主导因素,提出相应的对策建议。
Improving enterprise＇ s technology innovation ability plays an important role for our country to realize the strategic target of constructing innovative country. With the development of economy, the influence of finance increases significant for enterprise＇ s technology innovation. Financial support has become one of the important factors to promote enterprise＇ s technology innovation. Based on the DEA model, the paper analyzed the influence of financial support to listed companies＇ technology innovation efficiency in private and state -owned types in 2008 and 2011, which use the listed companies of Henan province as the research object. The paper also analyzed the key factor which influences the ability of technological innovation of listed companies on GEM, private main board listed companies and state - owned listed companies of Henan province with the gray comprehensive relational model. At last, the paper offers corresponding recommendations.
