摘要
目的:对比保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年10月～2008年10月经保乳手术治疗的64例(观察组)早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并与同期行改良根治术64例(对照组)早期乳腺癌患者进行对比。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、平均引流量、住院时间、并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,乳房外形评价优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),术后局部复发率、远处转移率、3及5年生存率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效满意,值得推广应用。
Objective：To compared the clinical efficacies of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for treatment of early breast cancer.Methods：The clinical data of 64 patients with early breast cancer（observation group） who received breast-conserving surgery from October 2006 to October 2008 were analyzed retrospectively,then the results were compared with those of 64 patients with early breast cancer（control group） who received modified radical mastectomy during the same period.Results：The operation time,amount of hemorrhage during operation,average drainage amount,hospitalization time,the incidence rates of complications in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05）;the rate of excellently aesthetical breast shape in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（P0.05）;there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative focal recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate,three-year survival rate,and five-year survival rate between observation group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of breast-conserving surgery for treatment of early breast cancer is satisfied,which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
