产后早期压力性尿失禁发生的影响因素分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的:研究不同分娩方式对女性压力性尿失禁的影响。方法:选择2011年2～12月在该院分娩产后6～8周复查的280例产妇,分为阴道分娩组(91例)和选择性剖宫产组(189例),对两组产妇的年龄、孕期、产后压力性尿失禁的发生、分娩方式、新生儿体重等因素进行分析。结果:阴道分娩组发生产后压力性尿失禁的比例明显高于剖宫产组。结论:剖宫产可比阴道分娩降低产后压力性尿失禁的发生率。
