摘要
目的:对1998～2011年武汉市产科质量相关指标进行分析,为卫生行政部门制定产科质量促进措施提供科学依据。方法:对1998～2011年武汉市助产机构接产情况进行统计分析。结果:武汉市孕产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率等产科质量主要指标呈明显好转趋势;剖宫产率逐年提高;阴道助产率呈下降趋势,子宫破裂等严重并发症呈低水平振荡波动;双胎、多胎以及低出生体重率有逐年上升的趋势。结论:武汉市产科质量情况总体呈向好趋势,需采取有力措施控制高剖宫产率,应关注双胎、多胎逐年增多对产科质量带来的挑战。
Objective：To analyze the related indexes of obstetrical quality in Wuhan city from 1998 to 2011,and provide a scientific basis for health administrative departments to formulate measures to promote obstetrical quality.Methods：The delivery situations of midwifery institutions in Wuhan city from 1998 to 2011 were analyzed statistically.Results：The main indexes of obstetrical quality in Wuhan city were improved obviously,such as maternal mortality and perinatal mortality,the rate of cesarean section increased gradually year by year,the rate of vaginal midwifery showed a decreasing trend,the incidence rates of severe complications fluctuated at low levels,such as uterine rupture;the rates of twin pregnancy,polyembryony,and low birth weight showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion：Generally,obstetrical quality in Wuhan city shows a good trend,effective measures should be taken to control high cesarean section rate,the challenge of increase of twin pregnancy and polyembryony year bu year to obstetrical quality should be paid more attention to.
