摘要
通过产学合作教学 ,我系创建了宝石学学科 ,并取得了较大发展。基于这一实践 ,总结出产学合作教育是新形势下进行新学科建设与发展的一条行之有效的重要途径。成功的产学合作教育 ,不但能推动学科建设不断取得新的进展 ,而且对于提高教师的业务水平、促进科研及成果的转化以及对加强学生的素质教育等都具有积极意义。
Based on the education of learning combined with production,the gemmology discipline has been founded and many achievements have been obtained in Tongji University.According to the prac- tice,it is concluded that the education of learning combined with production is an advisable way to found new discipline and develop it.The successful education of learning combined with production could notonly raise the teacher’s professional competence and promote research and the transformation of research results but also strengthen the student’s quality.
