摘要
通过对供应商节点及其环节可能产生的突发风险和风险对核心企业造成的损失进行半定量化评估,得到相对定量化的评价结果。并通过引入改进TOPSIS法对备选的供应商进行评价和排序,通过优选供应商优先采购的办法来降低核心企业供应链的风险。
By means of semi - quantitative estimate, this thesis has got quantitative outcome of these risks and losses. By using modified TOPSIS, this thesis obtains the estimate result and rank of candidate suppliers. Risks of supply chain can be reduced by giving priority to good suppliers.
