成本视角下海洋工程装备供应链协同模型研究

Collaborative Model of Marine Engineering and Equipment Supply Chain from the Perspective of Cost

摘要 从上游供应商供货不确定性及海洋工程装备供应链特点出发,构建一个基于激励措施的海洋工程装备供应链协同模型,在JIT供货系统下,提出利用激励措施来调节供应商的供货提前期,保证供应商准时交货,增加供应商和制造商的协同性,使海洋工程装备供应链总成本最优,再通过一个算例来验证模型的有效性。 Collaborative supply chain model is the basis to promote its development. Starting from the supplying uncertainty and the characteristics of marine engineering and equipment supply chain, the paper builds an incentive - based marine engineering and equipment supply chain collaborative model. The paper puts forward that in the JIT delivering system, incentive measures can be used to ensure prompt delivery in time, which can increase the collaboration between the suppliers and manufacturers and reach the most effective cost. Finally, we give an example to verify the validity of the model.
