摘要
遴选出科技服务业产值、技术合同成交额等若干指标,分析北京市科技服务业在全国中的领先地位、对其他省份较强的辐射力、增长率近似服从4次回归的曲线,研究北京市各区县科技服务业的发展情况,归纳出较稳定的"七二一"地域格局,海淀区一枝独秀,丰台区技术合同质量高,郊区县科技服务业基础薄弱,水平低,波动大等重要结论,并预测出"十二五"期间,北京市科技服务业将重新回归增长加速的发展阶段,技术交易市场未来很可能走向"一四五"或者"二三五"的稳固格局。
On top of analysis on index of science and technology service industry output and technology transferring con- tracts etc, the domestic pioneering status of science and technology service industry in Beijing is drawn as the conclusion, with further depiction on its radius function in other parts of the nation bearing an increasing ratio obeying 4 times regression curve. A geographic stable distribution of ＂7 - 2 - 1＂ can be reached by comparison studies on the districts and suburbs of Beijing referring to science and technology service industry. Haidian has been the most prominent in the science and technology service industry, and Fengtai has the best quality of science and technology service contract realiza- tion, while the suburbs have been hurdled by their rather weak infrastructure in science and technology service industry, incurring low development status and huge vibration. A prediction has been provided in the paper on the coming soaring development of science and technology service industry of Beijing in the ＂ Twelve Five- Year Planning＂ period, reaching an improved distribution of ＂ 5 -4 - 1＂ or even ＂ 5 -3 -2＂ of technology trading in the near future.
