摘要
通过测算经济与环境和谐度,发现自2005年广州市实现质的飞跃,由极不和谐转为高度和谐,这得益于产业结构调整与节能减排的努力。但广州市高碳生产和高碳消费模式,仍然严重影响到经济与环境和谐度。
Guangzhou is located in southern China. Like other cities in the Pearl River Deha, Guangzhou＇ s economic growth was based on the expense of the environment, which has brought air pollution and heavy acid rain. Through measuring the harmony degree between economy and environment, the paper finds that Guangzhou has achieved a qualitative leap from discord to harmony since 2005 owing to industrial restructuring and energy conservation. However, the patterns of high - carbon production and high - carbon consumption still impose serious impact on the harmonious development of economy and environment.
