摘要
腐胺为多胺的一种,在动物体内发挥着重要作用。它可以影响新生动物的生长及动物产品的品质,并与动物体内某些疾病的发生存在着一定的关联。本文综述了腐胺的作用机理及其对动物生长和动物产品的影响。
Putrescine ,as one kind of polyamine ,plays an important role in animal nutrition.The study about pu- trescine has found that its production ＇affects the growth of newborn animals and quality of animal products in some degree. Moreover, a certain link has been found between putrescine and some diseases.The mechanism of putreseine and its effect on animal growth and product quality were reviewed.
