摘要
从能量衡算和经济效能方面,探讨了滤汁快沉工艺过程不同加热方式的综合性能,通过总耗汽量、相对节省蔗渣量及经济效能的分析,结果显示,间接加热方式具有较好的生产节能和综合经济效能。
Abstract From the energy balance and economic performance, discussed the effect of different heating modes in the filter juice Accelerated Clarifier. It researched the total steam consumption, relative save bagasse quantity and economic efficiency. The results showed that the indirect heating method has good production of energy-saving and comprehensive economic efficiency.
