摘要
文章依据我国宪法、民法、矿产资源法及其配套的行政法规 ,归纳总结了我国现行的矿业权法律制度。并从矿业权人的资质认证 ,矿业权的审批登记、有偿取得和依法转让等四个方面剖析了现行矿业权制度的具体内容。
Based on the Constitution, the Civil Law, the Law of Mineral Resources and other regulations, this article gives a summary to China's legal system of mining rights. Discussed in the article are such issues as: identity authentication, chartering and registration, paid obtainment and lawful transfer.\;
