摘要
针对纯棉针织物碱丝光后手感粗糙问题,介绍了改善方法并进行了优化。指出丝光后的棉针织物可先经酸性纤维素酶处理以去除表面绒毛,提高纹路清晰度和光洁度,改善织物手感;优化的酶处理工艺为:酸性纤维素酶UTA-8用量1.5%,pH值5.0左右(醋酸调节),55℃处理45 min;然后对经过酸性纤维素酶处理后的丝光织物进行柔软整理,实践显示,丝光织物经酶处理再经柔软整理的效果比丝光织物直接进行柔软整理的效果好,且使用不同种类的柔软剂(氨基硅柔软剂、软片等)拼混可以获得不同的手感风格。
The handle of cotton knitting fabric will become coarse and hard after mercerized by alkali, the im- proving method were introduced and optimized. It is found that after cotton knitting fabric mereerization, it can be treated by acidic cellulose enzyme to remove the surface fluff, improve clarity of fabric pattern and fabric handle. The optimum acidic cellulose enzyme treating conditions are: the dosage of acidic cellulose enzyme UTA-8 1.5%, pH value 5.0 (using acetic acid adjusting), 55 ~C, 45 min. Then conduct soft finishing after mercerized fabric acidic cellulose enzyme treatment, the results show that the effect of soft finishing on mercerized fabric which is treated by acidic cellulose enzyme first is good than on mercerized fabric which is not; it is also found that differ- ent kind of handle can be get if using different kind of soft agents (amino silicon softener, flake softener, etc) comhination.
