摘要
目的探讨颈椎前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗下颈椎骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的80例下颈椎骨折脱位患者的临床资料,其中46例患者(观察组)采取了颈椎前路减压植骨融合内固定术,34例患者(对照组)采用了颈椎后路减压植骨固定术。结果观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后并发症的总发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);手术后,观察组的JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期行颈椎前路减压植骨融合内固定术可缓解下颈椎骨折脱位的脊髓压迫,大大促进了脊髓神经功能的恢复有利于患者的早期康复锻炼,值得临床推荐和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior cervical decompression bone grafting fixation for the treatment of cervical spine fracture and dislocation. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with cervical spine fracture dislocation were analyzed. 46 patients（observation group） were treated by the anterior cervical decompression and fusion with internal fixation and 34 patients （control group） were treated by posterior cervical decompression and bone graft fixed surgery. Results The intraoperative blood loss,operative time, the total incidence of postoperative complications of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after surgery （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Quality of life in the observation group were higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The anterior cervical decompression and fusion with internal fixation can relieve the pressure from the lower cervical spine fracture and dislocation of the spinal cord in early time, which contributed greatly to the early rehabilitation of spinal cord function recovery. It＇ s worthy of recommendation and application.
