摘要
目的探讨单臂外固定支架对胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2012年2月我科收治的119例胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,按固定方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用钢板固定治疗,观察组给予单臂外固定支架治疗,对2组患者的疗效进行比较。结果 2组疗效比较观察组较对照组好,观察组总有效率高,merchant评分高,术后并发症少,有利于骨折的早期愈合。结论单臂外固定支架治疗胫骨远端骨折,具有感染率低、固定效果好、能够帮助患者早期进行康复性锻炼等优点,值得临床上进一步研究。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of external fixation for distal tibial fractures.Methods 119 cases of distal tibial fracture in our hospital from May 2009 to February 2012 were divided into control group and observation group according to ways of fixation.Control group were treated with plate fixation,the observation group were treated with external fixation.And the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group,with high efficiency,high merchant scores and few complication,which favorable to the early healing of the fracture.Conclusion External fixation is a treatment with low infection rate and good fixation effect for distal tibial fractures,which can help patients to do early rehabilitation exercise and is worth further study in clinic.
