摘要
目的观测成人面部眶上孔(SOF)、眶下孔(IOF)以及颏孔(MF)的相关形态学指标,为颜面部美容整形及手术局部阻滞麻醉提供解剖学依据,同时积累国人人体解剖学资料。方法利用穿刺针、游标卡尺对56具成人出土骨骼完整颅骨的三孔进行形态学测量:O点(双侧鼻额缝交点)距左、右侧SOF、IOF、MF距离(OS、OI、OM),三孔深度以及三孔左右间距(SS、II、MM)。结果右侧OS、OI、OM分别为(2.68±0.48)cm,(4.80±0.39)cm和(10.92±0.50)cm,右侧三孔深度分别为(0.40±0.17)cm,(1.35±0.22)cm和(1.04±0.22)cm;左侧OS、OI、OM分别为(2.56±0.39)cm,(4.90±0.17)cm和(10.92±0.60)cm,左侧三孔深度分别为(0.27±0.13)cm,(1.37±0.35)cm和(1.18±0.48)cm;SS、II、MM分别为(4.86±0.72)cm,(5.99±0.78)cm和(4.95±0.21)cm。左右侧三孔各指标比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论国人面部三孔左右侧基本对称,以O点作为面部径线的中心点活体容易定位,易于测量。颜面部美容整形及手术局部阻滞麻醉等均应以面部三孔的形态学为依据方能达到良好的美学及治疗效果。
Objective Observe and measure the morphological indexes related with supraorbital foramen（SOF）,infraorbital foramen（IOF） and mental foramen（MF） in adults to provide the anatomic basis for local block anesthesia and other plastic operations,and to collect the antomic indexes of the native individuals.Methods Measure the three foramina on the whole skulls of 56 skeletons in adults with the needle and vernier caliper（0.01 cm the degree of accuracy）.Measure both the left and right side of the distances from SOF,IOF and MF to the O point（meeting point of suture between nasal and frontal bones on the bilateral）.The depth of the three foramina and the spaces of both the left and right among the three foramina（SS,II,MM） were measured.Results The distances on right of OS,OI and,OM are（2.68±0.48） cm,（4.80±0.39） cm and（10.92±0.50） cm;the depth of the three foramina is（0.40±0.17） cm,（1.35±0.22） cm and（1.04±0.22） cm.While the distances of OS,OI,and OM on the left are（2.56±0.39） cm,（4.90±0.17） cm and（10.92±0.60） cm;and the depth of the three foramina on the left are（0.27±0.13） cm,（1.37±0.35） cm and（1.18±0.48） cm.The distances of SS,II and MM are（4.86±0.72） cm,（5.99±0.78） cm and（4.95±0.21） cm respectively.Every index on both of the left and the right by comparision has no difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Both the left and the right distances of the three foramina are basically symmetrical.Regard O point as the central point on the face radial line is easy to location and measure.Both aesthetic surgery and block anesthesia can gain good effects with the help of the facial three foramina.
