摘要
探讨功能性消化不良(FD)辨证方面存在的问题,并提出解决的思路和方法。本文通过检索FD中国期刊文献近十年的辨证文献43篇,共收206证,并从各版本《中医内科学》、学会标准、行业标准、《中药新药临床研究指导原则》和临床辨证诸方面比较分析了FD辨证规范和实际应用情况,积极完善FD的辨证规范及FD所属症状在辨证规范中的作用并开展前瞻性辨证规范研究,使FD的辨证标准客观、规范、统一,发挥辨证论治的特色和优势。
To investigate the functional dyspepsia（FD） dialectical problem,ideas and methods and propose solutions,this article retrievaled functionality indigestion journals nearly a decade of dialectical literature 43,received a total of 206 certificates from the various versions of Chinese Medical Science,the Institute standards,industry standards and comparative analysis of aspects of the clinical syndrome of functional dyspepsia syndrome specification,Guiding Principle of Clinical Research on New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine and practical application,actively improved of FD＇s dialectical norms and FD belongs symptoms dialectical norms and carried out forward-looking dialectical norms research,objective,normative of FD dialectical standards unified,played to the characteristics and advantages of the diagnosis and treatment.
