摘要
"过渡论"认为股份合作制是一种过渡形式,并形成了"制度缺陷论"和"回归论"2种观点。该研究从股份合作制的特点出发,反驳了上述2种观点,提出股份合作制是适用于"三农"领域的一种制度创新形式。
The transformation theory insisted that the share-holding cooperative system was an transformation type,and two kinds of theories was formed known as institutional defects theory and returning theory.This paper retorted upon these theories based on the characteristics of share-holding cooperative system,and pointed out that the share-holding cooperative system could apply to the areas of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
