摘要
利用广州冶金研究所生产的H13模具钢为原料,通过对不同热处理阶段钢的力学性能进行测试并微观分析,得出结论:Mg的加入对H13模具钢的力学性能有一定影响,常规完全退火下无Mg钢强度跟硬度较高,韧性较低.含Mg钢出现含Mg、Al类复合夹杂物,成为裂纹扩展源.
H13 die steel which is producted by Metallurgical Research Institute Guang Zhou is used as the raw material in this paper. Through the test of the mechanical properties of the steel in different heat treatment stage, come to this conclusion: The accession of Mg have some influence on the mechanical properties of H13 die steel. In the condition of full annealing, the strength and hardness of non-Mg-eontaining H13 die steel is higher,the toughness is lower. There are some Mg-A1 complex inclusions in Mg-containing H13 die steel which can be crackle extended source.
