摘要
采用自行设计的调查问卷,对某医科大学卫生管理专业大学生人文素质教育情况进行现状调查,发现少数学生对社会及医疗卫生工作中的不良现象存在模糊认识;部分学生对人文素质教育的认识不到位;人文知识、人文修养欠缺;知行脱节现象比较突出,自我人文培养滞后;学生对学校人文素质教育环境满意度偏低等问题,提出加强和改进大学生人文素质教育的措施建议。
Objective： To realize the current situation on humanistic quality education of the students on the specialty of health administration in a medical university. Results： The survey exposed some problems： 1. In a few students fuzzy recognition on the unhealthy phenomena of society and health occupations is found. 2. Some students fail to understand the humanistic quality education completely. 3. Humanities knowledge and humanistic training is deficient. 4. Theory was out of line with action, and humanistic quality training lags behind. Conclusion： Students are dissatisfied with humanistic quality construction, which should be improved by taking some, measures.
