摘要
热电偶是船舶工业上最常用的温度检测元件之一,测温过程中,难以保证热电偶冷端恒温,所以对测量结果必须进行冷端补偿。以热电偶工作原理为基础,研究了热电偶测温及冷端补偿的有效方法,并基于ARM7微控制单元和高精度A/D转换器ADS1256,设计了热电偶测温系统。试验表明该系统不仅测量精度高,而且工作稳定可靠。
Thermocouple is one of the most commonly used temperature measurement element in the sbipbuilding industry. Because it is difficult to maintain the cold junction of the Thermocouple at a reference temperature during the measurement process, the cold iunction compensation is usually necessary. This paper proposes an effective method of cold junction compen- sation based on the working principle of thermocouples. A thermocouple temperature measurement system with ARM7 Micro Control Unit (MCU) and high-precision A/D converter ADS1256 is designed. The test proves that the system achieves high ac curacy and reliability.
