摘要
目的:探讨临床治疗颈椎病中采用牵引疗法联合穴位点按的治疗效果。方法:本文将选取152例颈椎病患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾分析。结果:患者经过临床治疗,其中观察组显效者50例,总有效率97.37%;对照组显效者24例,总有效率89.47%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:通过采取牵引疗法联合穴位点按,可实现颈部保持有节奏的反复放松与拉紧活动;按摩头、颈椎、肩部;缓解枕、颌部位的压迫感;舒张扭曲的椎动脉,进而有效改善颈部肌肉的血液循环,最终达到缓解或治愈颈椎病之目的。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treating cervical vertebra diseases with traction treatment combined with acupoint massage.Methods：The clinical data of 152 cases cervical vertebra diseases was retrospectively analyzed.Result：After treatment,50 cases were effective in the treated group,with the total effective rate 97.37%,while 24 cases were effective in thecontrol group,with the total effective rate 89.47%,with significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traction treatment combined with acupoint massage was effective in treating cervical vertebra diseases.
