摘要
介绍了当前石油储罐边缘板的防腐材料和工艺,主要包括:环氧煤沥青贴布、水泥砂浆、防水卷材、矿脂胶泥加矿脂带、三元乙丙防水胶带、JDP弹性材料防水、弹性聚氨酯(简称CTPU)防水涂料车和GTPU弹性耐候防水胶(简称第二代CTPU)等,并叙述了各自的特点和优缺点。储罐边缘板防腐无论采用哪种施工工艺、哪种材料、哪种方法、哪种结构,都与地理区域、气候环境、工人素质等有极大的关系。实际应用证明,GTPU弹性耐候防水胶的材料及工艺,在储罐边缘板防护中能有效地防止雨水、露水、大气中的腐蚀气体侵入和腐蚀,能适应储罐热胀冷缩及空、满罐时的塑性变形,达到边缘板防护的要求。
The corrosion protection processes for edge plates of oil tanks are introduced, which mainly include epoxy asphaltene tape, cement mortar, water - proof membrane, mineral jelly daub and mineral jelly tape, EPDM water - proof tape, JDP water - proof structure, CTPU and GTPU. Their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. No matter what application process, what material, what method and what structure are adopted in the corrosion protection of edge plates of oil tanks, the geographical, climate and environmental conditions as well as workers technical level should be considered. The commercial application of GTPU has proven that the GTPU can effectively resist the incursion and corrosion of rain water, dew water and corrosive gas in atmosphere on the edge plates, and are adaptable to the thermal expansion and cold condensation of oil tanks as well as plastic deformation of tanks when they are full.
