摘要
目的 探讨低浓度混苯对作业工人神经行为功能的影响。方法 采用 WHO推荐的神经行为功能核心测试组合(NCTB) ,对接触混苯的 76名女工和对照组 6 9名女工进行神经行为功能的测试及健康状况检查。结果 在混苯浓度分别低于国家最高允许浓度 (MAC)环境中 ,女工的情感状态、简单反应时、数字跨度、手提转捷度、数字译码、视觉记忆及目标追踪测试结果明显低于对照组 ,差异均高度显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 长期接触低浓度混苯导致工人神经行为功能明显降低 ,神经行为功能测试可用于混苯作业的早期评价指标。
Objective To study the effect of the low concentration mix benzene on neurobehavioral function of exposed workers.Methods 76 female workers exposed to mix bezene and 69 controls were investigated with Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB) recommended by WHO, and also were normal clinical examined. Results On condition that the concentration of mix benzene exposed to workers was lower than the MAC, the scores of tests (Profile of Mood States, Simple Reaction Time, Digit Span, Santa Ana Manual Dexterity, Digit Symbol, Benton Visual Retention and Pursuit Aming) were found to be statitically significant by comparison with those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Exposed to mix benzene for a long time can make the neurobehavioral function of workers decreased obviously. WHO NCTB may be the senstive indices in mix benzene workers.
