摘要
经济全球化对拔尖创新型国际化人才提出了新的要求。广东外语外贸大学提出了要探索建立精英教育与优质大众化教育相结合的国际化人才培养体系,并在培养拔尖创新型国际化人才方面进行了长期有效的探索和实践:明确了拔尖创新型国际化人才的目标定位和基本要求;提出了"三个深度融合"的人才培养模式;形成了以"五个国际化"为核心的教学改革新模式;通过遴选优秀学生进行人才培养实践;拓宽了人才培养的国际化渠道。
Economic globalization entails new demands for the top-notch innovative international talents. Guangdong University of Foreign Studies has proposed a talent training system combining elite education with quality mass higher education and made fruitful exploration and practice in training top-notch innovative international talents. It has set clear goals and requirements for top-notch innovative international talents, proposed a ＂Three Deep Incorporations＂ training mode, developed a ＂Five Internationalizations＂ -centered teaching reform mode and carried out excellent undergraduate training programs, thus enhancing the university＇ s internationalization of talent trainine.
