摘要
目的 :为抗厥注射液中马钱素建立专属性含量测定方法。方法 :采用 RP-HPLC测定。固定相为YWG-C1 8[4.6( i.d)× 2 5 0 mm]色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 ( 3 0 :70 ) ,检测波长为 2 3 6nm。结果 :马钱素的平均加样回收率为 97.85 % ,RSD为 1.48 ( n=5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a special determination method for loganin in Kangjue injection.METHODS:Using RP-HPLC with YWG-C 18 [4.6(i.d)×250 mm] column,methanol-water(30:70) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 236 nm.RESULTS:The average recovery of loganin was 97.85% and RSD 1.48%(n=5) respectively.CONCLUSION:The method provided a reliale basis for the quality control of Kangjue injection for its simple,quick and reproducible.
