摘要
以非线性规划问题的全局最优解方法为基础,建立易蔓延火灾损失及参与出警的基础模型,优化出警人数,降低火灾总损失,达到出警和火灾损失之间关系的平衡点。本模型的建立,能在消防人力调配中起到指导作用,并且可以作为基础模型,为相应的扩展和细化提供基础,以满足更复杂的消防损失优化计算。
A fire loss and firemen number taken part in fire fight- ing model were developecl based on nonlinear programming problem＇s globally optimal solution. Fire loss and firemen＇s number needed in a fire disaster can be worked out according to the model. A good balance of two factors of fire spread loss and firemen number can be achieved. As a basic model, it can be expanded and refined for more complex simulation conditions for future work.
