摘要
构建了基于虚拟仪器技术的轧机振动测试系统,轧机的振动测量使用加速度传感器、USB-6210数据采集卡、Lab Windows/CVI语言编程,实现了对轧机振动信号进行数据采集、处理。此测试方法减少了复杂的硬件电路,简化了测控系统,提高了系统的测量精度和可靠性,可根据需要拓展测试系统的其他功能。
The rolling machine vibration test system based on virtual instrument technique is constructed: ac- celerated speed sensor to measure the vibration of rolling machine, USB - 6210 data acquisition card, pro- gramming with Lab Windows/CVI language. This method reduces complex hardware circuit, simplifies the measuring and controlling system, improves test precision and reliability, and can be expanded for other functions according to demand.
