摘要
采用了常压烧结工艺,考察适用于制备细孔径Al2O3基泡沫陶瓷过滤器的最佳烧结温度方法.通过对泡沫陶瓷烧结工艺的研究,得出最佳烧结温度为1 400℃,保温时间为3 h,可得到抗压强度为2.71 MPa的细孔径氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器.
Sintering process at ambient pressure is made and studied to find out the best sintering temperature for producing fine-pore A12 03 -based foam ceramic filters. The research shows that the optimal sintering temperature is 1 400 ℃ and the holding time is three hours. Processed under these conditions, the compressive strength of fine-pore filters of Al2O3-based foam ceramics can reach 2.71 MPa.
