摘要
以回转式水泥包装机为研究对象,设计了水泥包装机控制系统。该系统集灌装、称重、掉袋、计数统计于一体,下位机采用S7-200PLC作为控制器,上位机选用MCGS组态软件进行全程监控。系统调测结果证明本设计的总体控制方案是可行的,为实现一体化的水泥包装机控制系统提供了参考。
This paper is based on rotating cement packaging machine. Filling, weighing, and fill- ing bag counting statistics are in one body. The client computer adopted S7-200PLC as controller and host computer was operated in overall monitoring of MCGS configuration software. Through system debugging and the experiments, it has shown that it is feasible and it works perfectly. It provides a reference for cement packing machine control system.
