摘要
目的探讨军队医院建立临床护理骨干培训班的做法。方法由医院护理部组织,临床科室推荐大专以上学历、工作5年以上的护士进入护理骨干培训班,依托ICU、CCU作为培训教学基地,建立相应的培训手册。培训前后向护理骨干所在科室主任、医生、护士长及护士发放调查问卷评估培训效果。结果调查问卷结果显示,护理骨干回科后能发挥护理主导作用,评估者对其理论知识、专科技术、管理能力及沟通能力的满意率均较培训前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论护理骨干的规范化培训,成效显著,为军队医院构建合理的护理人才梯队储备了骨干力量。
Objective To investigate the practices of establishing key nurses training course in military hospitals.Methods Nurses of college education,working more than five years and recommending by clinical departments could learn key nurses training course which was organized by ministry hospital nursing service,ICU and CCU were teaching places,and training manual was performed.Questionnaires were given to directors,doctors,head nurses and nurses before and after training for evaluation of the training effect.Results Questionnaire results showed key nurses could be able to play the leading role of the nursing care.Theoretical knowledge and specialist technical,management ability and communication skills of key nurses after training were significantly better than those before training(P 0.01).Conclusion Standardized training for key nurse is significantly effective,and may build reasonable echelon personnel reserve for military hospitals.
