摘要
目的研究某院鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布及对抗感染药物的耐药性,为临床抗感染药物治疗提供依据。方法对某院2009年1月—2011年12月临床分离的680株鲍曼不动杆菌在标本及病区中的分布及耐药情况进行分析。结果鲍曼不动杆菌主要来源于痰标本(86.6%),其次是血标本(6.6%);主要分布病区为ICU(34.6%)、呼吸内科(19.4%)及干部病房(16.2%),对常用五大类13种抗感染药物呈现多重耐药。结论鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院感染的重要致病菌,且多重耐药率越来越高。医院应加强对该菌的监测,并根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗感染药物,以提高疗效。
Objective To study infection distributions of Acinetobacter baumannii and drug resistance of anti-infectives drugs in a hospital in order to provide basis for clinical anti-infective drug treatment.Methods Distributions and drug resistance of 680 strains Acinetobacter Baumannii isolated from specimens and wards during January 2009 and December 2011 in a hospital were analyzed.Results Acinetobacter baumannii mainly came from sputum specimens(86.6%) and blood samples(6.6%);main distributed wards were ICU(34.6%),department of respiratory medicine(19.4%) and cadre wards(16.2%);multiple drug resistance was showed at 5 common types including 13 kinds of anti-infective drugs.Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii has become an important pathogen of nosocomial infections,and multi-drug resistant rate is getting more and more high.To improve efficacy,hospitals should strengthen the monitoring of Acinetobacter baumannii,and reasonably select anti-infective drugs based on results of drug susceptibility.
